Sweden is not without its fair share of great exports from the world of rock, punk, and metal. Refused, Opeth, In Flames, The Hives, and Meshuggah are just a small handful of great acts from the Swedes, and it looks like Trelleborg/Malmö based outfit Imminence are planning to join their ranks with their forthcoming LP, ‘This Is Goodbye’.
The band took almost two years of writing to put together the forthcoming record, aiming to land with a sound that sits comfortably somewhere between their roots in the nu/emo metal era of the 00s and the heaviness in their older work, alongside a more compatible alt rock/metal blueprint.
Though the music does pretty much all of the talking, we’ve gone and had an exclusive interview with Peter Hanström (drums), Harald Barrett (guitars), Max Holmberg (bass), and Eddie Berg (vocals) to learn some interesting and lesser known fun facts about one another.

The band’s forthcoming studio full-length album, ‘This Is Goodbye’, is scheduled for release on March 31st 2017 through Arising Empire/SharpTone Records.
