Calling all maggots, the mighty masked Iowan outfit Slipknot have been confirmed as the third headliner for next year’s Download Festival weekend, closing off Friday on the main stage. They will join already announced headliners Rammstein and Iron Maiden.

Next year’s Download Festival takes place on June 14th – June 16th. More information can be found on the festival’s official website (here).
